Plaintiff was granted leave to appeal an order of the Worker's Compensation Appellate Commission (WCAC) that affirmed, "with modification," a magistrate's decision denying plaintiff benefits for low-back and related orthopedic disabilities. We vacate the WCAC's April 3, 1998, decision and remand to the magistrate.
