Youngjoo Flynn, a registered nurse employed by the University of Alabama at Birmingham ("UAB"), is a defendant in a tort action brought by Jean Sellers. That action is currently pending in the Jefferson Circuit Court. Sellers had been a patient at the University of Alabama Hospital ("the hospital"), a division of UAB.
