[¶ 1] Dan Nelson Construction, Inc., Dan Nelson Construction and Dan Nelson ("Nelson") appealed from a summary judgment dismissing Nelson's legal malpractice action against Nodland & Dickson, a partnership, and Irvin B. Nodland, P.C., doing business as Nodland Law Offices ("Nodland").
