This is an appeal by Stephen Kubiczky (hereinafter "Appellant") from a November 12, 1999, decision of the Circuit Court of Ohio County in favor of the Appellees, Anna Harmath Kovacs and Helen Harmath Laitos (hereinafter "Appellees"). The Appellant maintains that the lower court erred by finding that the Appellees, great aunts of the Appellant, were entitled to the one-third share of the residuary estate of Mr. Dick Harmath which had been bequeathed...
