Following our decision affirming his conviction for various methamphetamine-related felony offenses and our subsequent denial of his application for postconviction relief, Rafael J. Felici filed a motion in district court pursuant to Rule 41(e) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure for the return of certain property that the government had seized during a search of Felici's residence.
