Franke (Franke), sued eleven defendants and alleged in ten counts that defendants committed various torts in connection with an interest she claimed in a promissory note, which was satisfied in a refinancing without compensation for her interest.

Count I alleged common law fraud against Franke and Paster, West & Kraner, P.C. (PW & K)1
