A jury convicted Stephon Suggs of the murder of Richard Rackley and of armed robbery, theft by taking of a motor vehicle, concealing the death of another, and theft by taking.1 Suggs contends that there was insufficient evidence of murder, the trial court erred in several evidentiary rulings, and trial counsel was ineffective.
