We initially reversed Calvin Perkins' driving while intoxicated conviction because we concluded that the evidence was factually insufficient to support the trial court's finding of guilt. Perkins v. State, 940 S.W.2d 365 (Tex.App.-Waco 1997), rev'd, 993 S.W.2d 116 (Tex.Crim.App.1999)....
