Metro Machine Corporation appeals the Workers' Compensation Commission's award of benefits to Isaac L. Lamb. The employer argues the commission erred (1) in finding the employee's claim was not barred by the statute of limitations, (2) in finding the employee was entitled to benefits because he had not been released to pre-injury work, and (3) in finding he was entitled to benefits after he was laid off for economic reasons.
