On July 20, 1973, Edward Drury executed a promissory note payable to Security Homestead Association in the amount of $254,000.00 and a mortgage encumbering four Metairie lots at 2134 Metairie Road known as Maison Metairie Apartments. The mortgage required Mr. Drury to make monthly mortgage payments of $2,153.92 commencing in August of 1973.
