We have for review the recommendation of the Judicial Qualifications Commission (JQC) that Judge Bonnie S. Newton1 be disciplined. We have jurisdiction. See art. V, § 12, Fla. Const. The JQC and Judge Newton have stipulated to recommending a public reprimand for Judge Newton's misconduct.
