Kennedy (Kennedy) against Superior Printing Company (Superior) claiming that Superior wrongfully discharged him and also violated the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq., by discontinuing a work accommodation that it had previously granted him and by requiring him to take a medical examination...
