SEINFELD, J.

A juvenile court struck the State's motion to revoke an order deferring disposition of Jason Todd's conviction of residential burglary. The State appeals. Because the State properly moved before the expiration of the deferral period and presented uncontroverted evidence establishing Todd's violation of the deferral conditions, we conclude that the juvenile court had jurisdiction to revoke the disposition order and erred in striking the State's motion...
