Livingston Livestock Exchange, Inc. sued Hull State Bank for violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, breach of contract, fraud, conversion, negligence, and gross negligence in connection with a wire transfer credited to, then debited from, Livingston's account with Hull Bank. The sole issue raised on appeal is whether the trial court erred in granting a directed verdict to Hull Bank on all of Livingston...
