This is an appeal from two consolidated trial court cases involving the same parties. In case no. 98CV1685, PharmNetRx, LLC, and PharmNetRx, Inc., were plaintiffs and Randy Prefer was defendant. In case no. 97CV1686, Prefer was plaintiff, and the defendants were PharmNetRx, LLC, and some 30 individuals and entities identified as its members, employees, agents, and investors.
