Following the unsuccessful attempt at suppressing the contraband made the basis of the instant prosecution, appellant pleaded guilty to the felony offense of Possession of Marijuana and was sentenced by the trial court to confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for a term of seven (7) years.
