On February 12, 1998, Defendant-Movant Sanford Atkin moved the Court, pro se, for an order under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 either vacating, setting aside, or correcting his criminal sentence [Doc. 213]. In addition, Atkin asks the Court to reconsider an order denying his request for discovery with regard to his § 2255 motion [Doc. 260]. Finally, Atkin seeks immediate release from his detention during the pendency...
