ORDER

CARR, District Judge.

This is a civil rights case in which plaintiffs allege that they were wrongfully evicted from their room at the Marriott Courtyard Inn (the Marriott) and, later, falsely arrested and jailed by Lucas County Sheriff's Deputies. Pending are defendants' motions for summary judgment. For the following reasons, the motions are granted in part and denied in part.
