Antonio Collor appeals his conviction for second degree murder claiming that the trial court erred in not suppressing a confession he gave to police officers after arrest, in allowing the jury to take a transcript of the confession into the jury deliberation room, in giving an impermissible charge to the jury, and in accepting the verdict from the jury when one of the jurors was obviously ill. Further, he claims that the guilty verdict is not supported...
