Respondent appeals by leave granted from the circuit court's order reversing a decision by an administrative hearing referee, who concluded that petitioner had violated a provision of the Michigan Campaign Finance Act (MCFA), M.C.L. § 169.201 et seq.; MSA 4.1703(1) et seq. We reverse the trial court's order and reinstate the administrative decision.
