This appeal arises out of a motor vehicle accident that occurred in December 1995 in the City of Virginia Beach. Kevin Letourneau filed a motion for judgment against Fidelina D. Acuar seeking damages for injuries he allegedly sustained as a result of that accident. Acuar admitted liability, and the case proceeded to trial solely on the issue of damages. A jury returned a verdict in favor of Letourneau and awarded him damages in the amount of $150...
