The plaintiff-creditor seeks a determination that he was injured by the defendant-debtor's civil rights (police brutality) action against him in the Connecticut Superior Court and that the resulting debt should not be discharged because the injury was "willful and malicious." See 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6).1
