MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

BUCKLO, District Judge.

This case presents the question of whether a four-attorney law firm can continue to represent a defendant in a case after hiring a lawyer from plaintiff's law firm who previously represented some of the named plaintiffs in the same lawsuit but claims the lawyer has been effectively screened from the lawsuit. On these facts, I conclude they cannot and grant plaintiffs' motion to disqualify defendants...
