Claiming that his use of Motorola wireless hand-held telephones between 1992 and 1998 caused a cancerous brain tumor, plaintiff Dr. Christopher Newman, joined by his wife, filed a multi-count complaint against numerous defendants in Baltimore City Circuit Court.
