Jerry Porter appeals from his conviction and sentence for robbery with a weapon. Porter raises four points on appeal. We find none of these points warrant a reversal but address only the point related to the trial court's denial of Porter's motion to suppress. Because we find that the officers who arrested Porter were in "fresh pursuit," we hold that the trial court properly denied Porter...
