The propriety of a probation violator's consecutive sentencing, an alleged double-jeopardy violation, and the sufficiency of the evidence at a probation-violation hearing are at issue on this appeal. The defendant, George Hull (Hull), appeals from a Superior Court order adjudging him a probation violator for committing first-degree sexual assault and denying his motion to dismiss a sexual-assault indictment on double-jeopardy grounds...
