Walgreen Co. appeals from a jury verdict and judgment for punitive damages because of injuries Shari McClure suffered resulting from a prescription misfill error at a Walgreen pharmacy. Shari cross-appeals from the district court's denial of her motion for new trial, or in the alternative, additur, regarding the amount of punitive damages.
