Defendant/Appellant Jimmy Lee Maynard appeals his conviction for operating a continuing criminal enterprise in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 848. The Second Superseding indictment charged in Count One that beginning in or around 1988 in the Northern District of Oklahoma and elsewhere, Maynard knowingly engaged in a continuing series of felony violations which constituted a continuing criminal enterprise by committing offenses of conspiracy...
