The State appeals from a circuit court order affirming a magistrate's refusal at a preliminary hearing to bind over Peter J. Schaab on a charge of bail jumping. The State argues that the evidence adduced at the preliminary hearing demonstrated probable cause that Schaab had intentionally failed to comply with a term of his bond pursuant to WIS.
