Opinion By Justice JAMES.

Billy Joel Tracy appeals his convictions for assault, burglary of a habitation, and aggravated assault. After finding appellant guilty, the jury found the punishment-enhancement allegation true and assessed appellant's punishment at twenty years' imprisonment for assault, life imprisonment for burglary of a habitation and aggravated assault, and a $10,000 fine in each case...
