We granted allocatur to determine whether the Commonwealth Court erred in reversing a workers' compensation judge's decision, granting Appellant Beatrice Miletti's fatal claim petition, on the basis that Mrs. Miletti failed to satisfy the requirements of section 301(c)(2) of the Workers' Compensation Act (Act). 77 P.S. 411(2).
