¶ 1. This case originated before the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission, which awarded Ricky L. Robinson compensation based upon a finding that he had suffered a job-related injury that left him permanently partially disabled. Entergy, Robinson's employer, appealed that decision without success to the Circuit Court of Hinds County, and now brings the matter before this Court....
