Rebecca Ann Simpson was injured in a three-car collision in the George C. Wallace Tunnel in Mobile. A vehicle being driven by Julie A. Goldsen struck a vehicle being driven by David L. Herbstreith, and Herbstreith's vehicle struck Simpson's vehicle. Simpson settled her claim against Herbstreith for $20,000...
