The State appeals from the trial court's grant of James Terry Stinson's motion to suppress two videotaped interviews.1 Because we find the trial court erred in applying Garrity v. New Jersey, 385 U.S. 493, 87 S.Ct. 616, 17 L.Ed.2d 562 (1967) and Kastigar v. United States, 406 U.S. 441, 92 S.Ct. 1653, 32 L.Ed.2d 212 (1972) to the facts of this case...
