MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

Before the Court is a motion by Defendants Southwest Airlines Co. and Tammy O'Bryan for summary judgment filed November 15, 1999. For reasons stated below, this Court grants Defendants' motion.
