Plaintiffs/appellants, Conrad Barre and Wayne Legaux, appeal the judgment of the trial court denying their Motion for Judgment Notwithstanding the Verdict and their Motion for New Trial. Following a three-day jury trial, the trial court entered a directed verdict in favor of the plaintiffs on the issue of liability.
