Jones Storage & Moving, Inc., (Jones) appeals the trial court's citation of indirect contempt.

Vincent P. Connery became the sole owner of a house in Wichita when his father died. Connery failed to pay the mortgage, the bank foreclosed, and the property was sold at a sheriff's auction. When Connery failed to redeem it, the bank notified him that he could either remove his personal property from the residence or it would hire a company to do...
