¶ 1. Dedrick Jones was indicted by the DeSoto County Grand Jury for possession of cocaine in violation of Mississippi Code Annotated Section 41-29-139 (Rev.1993). He was tried and found guilty as charged in the Circuit Court of DeSoto County and was sentenced to serve three years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
