Defendant, Patrick Taylor, appeals from his convictions of one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:95.1, and one count of possession with intent to distribute marijuana, a violation of LSA-R.S. 40:966. We affirm the conviction for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, but because we find that the evidence was not sufficient to convict defendant of possession...
