On October 26, 1999, defendant filed a Motion to Suppress. In March of 2000, new counsel was appointed, and a new Motion to Suppress was filed on March 24, 2000. Defendant filed a Motion to Dismiss on April 12, 2000. On May 1, 2000, the Court conducted a hearing on the pending motions.
