Jerry Trigg (appellant) appeals the Board of Review decision that determined appellant liable to repay $1,155.00 under Ark.Code Ann. § 11-10-532(b)(1997). The Board of Review made this determination based upon a finding that appellant received benefits to which he was not entitled, and that it would not violate equity and good conscience to require repayment. We affirm.
