Appellant Oscar's, Inc., challenges Respondent Washington State Liquor Control Board's order revoking Oscar's liquor license. The Board revoked Oscar's license on the grounds that the licensee knowingly permitted illegal activity, specifically, possession and distribution of illegal narcotics, on the licensed premises.
