¶ 1. Shane Davis appeals to this Court his conviction of two counts of fondling a child under the age of fourteen years of age in the Oktibbeha County Circuit Court. From these convictions, Davis was sentenced to serve eight years on each count with said sentences to run concurrently in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
