Combined Insurance Company of America (Employer) petitions for review of an order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that reversed a workers' compensation judge's (WCJ) order granting Employer's suspension petition and affirmed the dismissal of Jeffrey Levine's (Claimant) petition to review the notice of compensation payable.
