On January 12, 1995, appellant Christopher James was charged in a grand jury indictment with one count of aggravated rape, one count of crime against nature and one count of aggravated burglary. On June 26, 1995, the trial court heard and denied motions to suppress. This court twice denied writs on those rulings.
