William H. (Hank) Chambers, former lab manager of the Texas A & M Geochemical and Environmental Research Group (the Research Group), sued Texas A & M University, the Research Group, and the College of Geoscience and Maritime Studies (collectively Texas A & M) under the Texas Whistleblower Act for allegedly terminating him in retaliation for a report he made to Texas A & M's internal audit department.
