In this appeal, Fred Martinez Chavez challenges a district court order that revoked Chavez's probation and ordered execution of prison sentences. Chavez argues that the State's evidence did not prove the charged probation violations and that, even if such violations were established, it was an abuse of the trial court's discretion to revoke Chavez's probation.
