I. INTRODUCTION

Ronald Keith Stephens (Stephens) appeals the order of the district court for Buffalo County granting summary judgment in favor of Eleanore Freeze, the personal representative of the estate of the decedent, Shirley Samson Stephens (Shirley), and denying Stephens' motion for summary judgment. For the reasons stated below, we affirm.
