Charles King, as adminstrator c.t.a., obtained a default judgment in the Jefferson Circuit Court, Bessemer Division, against Virginia Dare Robinson. Robinson moved to set aside the default judgment, 83 days after it was entered. Judge Dan C. King set aside the default judgment, without a hearing and without giving Charles King an opportunity to be heard on the motion to set it aside. Charles King now petitions this Court for a writ of mandamus...
