Roberts appeal from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Adair County denying their application for attorney's fees and supplemental application for court costs arising out of a dispute between the appellants and the respondents, Bobby E. and Patricia A. Rogers, over the sale of the respondents' house to the appellants.
